ENCINITAS DRAGONS RUGBY

Encinitas Dragons Rugby COMMITMENTS 2026

Mandatory Game Day Uniform

All Encinitas Dragons players are required to have the official Dragons uniform before taking the field on game day.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ordering the following mandatory items directly from https://www.flitesports.com/collections/encinitas-dragons-rugby:

• Playing shorts

• Playing socks

• Practice jersey

Please allow a minimum of four weeks for delivery. Orders should be placed as early as possible to ensure all required items are received before the start of games.

Players will not be permitted to take the field on game day without the correct playing shorts and socks.

Attendance & Participation Commitment

Encinitas Dragons Rugby is committed to providing every player with a safe, competitive and positive environment to develop and enjoy rugby. Consistent attendance is an important part of delivering that experience for all players and teams.

By registering, I understand that accepting a roster position requires a commitment to attend Tuesday and Thursday practices and be available for Saturday games from December 12, 2026, through March 6, 2027. Saturday availability means being available at all game times and locations, including away games.

Regular attendance supports player safety, development, team preparation and fairness to other players seeking roster positions. Repeated or unexplained absences may result in removal from the squad and may affect eligibility for future Dragons seasons.

We recognize that injuries, illnesses and uncontrollable outside commitments may occur. These circumstances will be considered individually by the Head Coach and, where appropriate, the Dragons Board.
